How to Die Cut Bowl Cozies:

For best cutting results, position fabric on the lengthwise grain (straight of grain) as it goes under the roller.

• To cut 3 fabric sets in one pass through the cutter: Cut six 9 1/2" squares of coordinating fabrics. Place right side up to cut.
• To cut 1 fabric & batting set in one pass through the cutter: Cut one 9 1/2" fabric square and one 9 1/2" batting square. Lay fabric piece right side up on top of piece of batting to cut so you are ready for your first sewing step.

Die Tips: 

• With some fabrics, after cutting, a thread or two will remain where die blades meet. Snip threads with scissors. 
• Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle.  Align fabric to edge of shape, not edge of die board. 
• Use good quality fabric to reduce fabric stretch. 
• It's always a good idea to test cut one shape before cutting many shapes to ensure fabric orientation is correct.
