LUTS increase with age, and it is common to focus on the prostate in men. However, 50% of LUTS cases are considered due to storage problems, most commonly OAB. A prostate-only approach is inadequate for these men and a bladder focused approach, such as Urox, or a bladder and prostate approach, such as Prorox ®, is needed.
