This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5 Inch suspension system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2023-2025 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance and allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This Stage 7 system is perfect for on-road and towing use, as well as job site duty washboard gravel roads, and more aggressive off-road use.
Features and Benefits:- ICON's 4.5 Inch Stage 7 System is comprised of 4.5 Inch lift coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with gasoline engines with a dual rate design that allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance. ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty 4-Link kit further improves performance by eliminating suspension bind commonly experienced with factory radius arms during articulation and allows on-vehicle caster angle adjustment. This Inchfreeing up Inch of the front end and the ability of the 4-Link Kit to maintain positive caster through the range of travel equates to an unparalleled ride quality in all conditions. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.
- ICON's Centerline steering stabilizer kit features a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock absorber with a piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping compared to ICON dual 2.0 steering stabilizers, better controlling undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires while also improving ground clearance. Heavy-duty fabricated 5 Inch rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the vehicle and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the stresses of aggressive off-road use. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with CDCV feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road, with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks, and remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restrict oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.

Smooth Daily Brew with Rich Flavor Variety – Easy, Consistent Nespresso Coffee Experience

I’ve been using this variety pack for my daily coffee, and it’s been a really convenient way to switch between different roasts without thinking too much about it.
What I like most is the consistency in flavor and brew quality. Every pod comes out smooth, and the taste is balanced whether I go for a medium roast or something darker. The darker ones feel stronger and more intense, while the medium roasts are a bit lighter and easier for everyday drinking.
The 7.8 oz size is perfect for a fuller cup, especially in the morning when I don’t want anything too small. It brews quickly, which makes it great for busy days.
One thing I noticed is that the variety helps if you don’t want to commit to just one roast you can rotate depending on your mood.

One of My Favorite Coffee Pods for the Vertuo

I keep buying this Nespresso Vertuo Variety Pack for a reason. The coffee tastes really good, smells amazing when brewing, and gives me a nice strong cup without tasting burnt or bitter. I like that it comes with different flavors so I’m not drinking the same thing every morning.
The pods work perfectly with my Vertuo machine and the crema on top makes it feel like coffee from a coffee shop at home. Stormio is definitely the stronger one, Melozio is smoother, and Odacio is right in the middle for me.
I also like that these make full-size cups instead of tiny little coffees. Super convenient in the morning when I need coffee fast before work.
Overall, definitely worth buying if you own a Vertuo machine. I’ve already ordered these multiple times and will probably keep buying them.
