• Some dust and other particles may be present due to the manufacturing process, but it can easily be wiped away
• The card holder may contain some wrinkles/small indents 
• The characteristics stated above do not result in a defective product, so a refund/exchange will not be accepted due to this!

Handling and care guide:

• Card holders are heat sensitive and should be kept at room temperature at all times to prevent warping
• You can use a hair dryer or heat gun (low setting) to flatten out any indents or wrinkles in your card holder 
• It is recommended to use a protective sleeve on your cards before inserting them into the card holder
