For cutting precision and longevity, this large premium appliance comes complete with a 10” stainless steel blade from Germany. Efficient food output is further assured by its generous carriage capacity which allows for holding pieces of food up to 185mm in width.

The EuroChef is also equipped with the StaySharp System, a clever integrated blade sharpener for both sides of the blade with the touch of a button. For the safety of the operator the blade is protected by the ring guard and the large baffle serves a protective barrier. The solid base and non-slip feet also combine to deliver safe handling and control. The aluminium base is rust free and the entire unit is easy to keep clean. Precise thickness control lets you adjust from super-thin cuts to 17mm slices making it not only suitable for cold meats, but also for cheese, fruit and vegetables.
