Tasting Notes for Pierde Almas Espadin Mezcal

Roasted agave, spices, smoke and dark chocolate 

Suggested Serves

• .5 oz. Pierde Almas Espadín
• .5 oz. Yellow chartreuse
• .5 oz. Italian bitter liqueur
• .5 oz. Fresh lime juice
• Garnish with a lime wedge
• Method: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
• Negroni 
• .5 oz. Pierde Almas Espadín
• .5 oz. Italian liqueur
• .5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
• Method: Pour ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into a rocks glass over a large piece of ice.
