How to Use
- Soak 2–3 grams of raw Lac Resin in water overnight
- Drink the soaked water in the morning on empty stomach
- Or dissolve in warm milk with honey for a healing tonic
- Best consumed during bone fracture recovery or for chronic joint pain
How to make lac resin water?
- Soak 1 tsp of Lakh Dana in a cup of water overnight.
- In the morning, boil this water until it reduces to half.
- Filter carefully (to remove resin residue) and drink warm. (Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for dosage).
