The SG, originally introduced by Gibson in the '60s, quickly became a favorite among players for its lightweight design and aggressive tone. Built with a mahogany body and a 3/4" maple top with a stunning AAA-figured maple veneer, the SG Modern Figured looks the part. Featuring an asymmetrical SlimTaper neck profile, the SG Modern Figured features an ebony fingerboard with twenty-four Medium Jumbo frets, as well as Pearloid Trapezoid inlays. This instrument offers a 24.75" scale length.
Loaded with a pair of Epiphone's ProBucker humbucker pickups, with coil-splitting and phase-switching capabilities accessible via the pots, this guitar offers unmatched versatility for its price range.
