These binoculars feature anti-reflection fully multicoated extra-low-dispersion (ED) apochromatic lenses with phase-correcting and dielectric coatings on BAK4 roof prisms. When these optical components are combined you will be presented with bright and clear high-contrast images with accurate colors and enhanced clarity without distortion or fringingîeven at the extreme edges. A wide apparent angle of view offers you an immersive observational experience with a nearly panoramic view that complements the impressive optical performance.

Designed to stand up to a life lived outdoors, the optical tubes are nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to make them waterproof and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperatures and environmental variations. The chassis is made from a magnesium alloy to make it lightweight and corrosion-resistant in protective slip-resistant armor. Hawke includes tethered front and rear lens caps to add an additional layer of protection in the field, with the ability to quickly react to glassing opportunities without fear of losing the caps.
