    Tips on Stenciling the Side of a Cake With Buttercream:

    • Make sure iced cake is completely dry. Pin cake stencil to the side of your cake, and apply buttercream using a creamy consistency of buttercream and an icing spreader or offset spatula to spread a thin layer over the stencil going around the cake (we love a turn-table for easier stenciling, but it's not mandatory).
    • Gently pull off stencil and "voila" you have successfully stenciled the top of a cake!

    Tips for Stenciling the Tops of Cakes With Buttercream:

    • Stenciling on a buttercream cake is easy, but your surface icing needs to be DRY. Let it set up overnight before stenciling.
    • Use a creamy consistency of buttercream and an icing spreader or offset spatula to spread a thin layer over the stencil, being gentle when going around the cake to prevent accidents on what you have already stenciled.
    • Gently pull off stencil and "voila" you have successfully stenciled the top of a cake!

    Good to use every night...I do.
    If you suffer from dry mouth during the night, these are the perfect solution. I had tried rinses - they don't last. Sprays - they don't last. lozenges - don't last. Other tablets, only last a few hours. I can get about 8 hours relief with these. Contrary to other reviews, you do not suck on them like a lozenge...they won't last at all if you do it that way. Read the directions. They "adhere" to your back molars...don't drink or eat after putting them in...as both will either dislodge or reduce the effectiveness. However, when I don't use these, my mouth is miserable and so dry. These provide enough moisture throughout the night. The flavors aren't too bad. I've used the mint (not may favorite because I'm not a fan of mint flavor), orange and berry. I wish they had other flavors (cinnamon, licorice), but till then, I'll use these probably forever.
