An orange wine for everybody! Part fermented on skins for 14 days, this old-vine Xarel-lo/Parellada blend then spent eight months in clay amphoras and steel tanks. Light in colour, low alcohol, crisp and fresh yet soft and drinkable. Lovely fruity aromatics, slightly saline. Perfect on its own or with a variety of foods. 

Winemakers Maria and Josep started from scratch in 2012 after taking over a set of very old parcels from Josep's father, and have slowly built this project into the successful and experimental winery it is today. The grapes come primarily from a old vineyard called ‘La Baixada de les Bruixes’ (forest parcel, meaning ‘The Witch’s Path’) in the Baix Penedés region. These old bush vines are surrounded by a rich biodiversity, encouraging a natural balance in the vineyard that finds its way into the wines. 

Grape: 85% Xarel-lo, 15% Parellada
