This is a dance where many tribes come together as one, celebrating unity, self-expression, and connection. Immerse yourself in a healing journey of sounds, rhythms, and music. 

Let yourself be guided by the spirit within—let your body move freely or simply sit in stillness, allowing the music to carry you inward.

Whether you’re drawn to dance with your whole being or prefer to embrace the journey in stillness, this space is yours to explore.

Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of this seventeenth-century mansion in Ards and North Down.  Stroll along picturesque walkways, and find tranquility by the beautiful lakes. 

This event is not just about dance; it’s about experiencing the harmony of nature and history in a setting like no other.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or new to the tribal dance community, this promises to be a night of rhythm, movement, and togetherness.

Tea/Coffee/Water will be available throughout the session but please bring along your own cup/bottle for refills.

How to Prepare:

• Bring a bottle of water or a bottle/flask for water refills.
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Bring a mat pillow and blanket if attending the sound bath experience.
