AFFORDABLE - The Tib Blaster is an affordable solution for training your tibialis. You may know it as the DIY Tib Bar. While this originally started as a DIY project, I had so many requests from people that didn't have the tools, materials, skill set, or time, that I've made the Tib Blaster available for purchase to better serve the knees over toes community as well as those just looking for an affordable way to properly train their tibialis.
50 LB TESTED - The Tib Blaster has been tested up to 50 lbs, and if you are repping over 50 lbs on your tib raises, you may have a new world record.
FITS STANDARD WEIGHTS - The Tib Blaster Standard Plate version is sized for standard 1" diameter hole weights. Weights Not Included
SHIPPING - All Tib Blasters will ship within 3 business days of placing your order (and some sooner!). All International shoppers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, and brokerage fees for your country upon arrival of your product.
PERFECT FOR KNEES OVER TOES PROGRAMS- Tib Raises and the Tib Bar were popularized by Ben Patrick and the training system from the Athletic Truth Group. Use Tibialis raises for increasing ankle strength and range of motion, becoming more athletic, eliminating shin splints, and fixing knee pain. The Tib Blaster puts your tibialis and ankle through full plantar flexion so that you can get a better training stimulus than you can with body weight tibialis raises against a wall.
