Discover the exceptional Masuda Yoshihide Blue 1 Damascus Gyuto 220mm, a premier Japanese kitchen knife that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern performance. Forged by Mr. Takeshi Masuda, a second-generation blacksmith and Traditional Craftsman with over half a century of experience, this knife represents a remarkable shift from his renowned Kiridashi tools to the world of fine cutlery. This Japanese kitchen knife features a stunning Damascus cladding with a highly polished Nashiji finish, reminiscent of a diamond Damascus pattern, creating a beautiful contrast between the hazy, bright soft iron and the subtly textured core steel. The blade is crafted from premium Hitachi Aogami #1 (Blue 1) carbon steel, known for its outstanding edge retention and ability to achieve a razor-sharp edge, with a hardness ranging between 61-64 HRC. The 220mm Gyuto profile offers a generous tall blade height of approximately 56.5mm, providing excellent knuckle clearance and a choppy, versatile cutting experience. The spine features a classic Sanjo-region taper, measuring 3.3mm at the heel, 2.7mm at the midpoint, and 1.2mm at the tip, contributing to a balanced feel and precise tip work. Weighing 240 grams, it offers substantial heft for confident cutting through ingredients. The knife is fitted with a unique octagonal WA handle made from ebony wood, featuring a double-metal spacer for enhanced aesthetics and balance. As a carbon steel Japanese kitchen knife, it requires proper care to prevent rust, but will develop a protective patina over time. This piece is highly collectible, offering excellent fit and finish, and is ideal for enthusiasts and collectors seeking a Japanese kitchen knife with a unique artistic background and superior craftsmanship.Shipping Notes

Great trial set. Just be careful throwing the orange one!
Style: Assorted Balls (Pack of 3), Size: 2.5 inch
Blue isn't that easy to see in the yard
White charges with bright light/UV and is truly a game changer for night-time fetch. Both dogs clearly favor it.
Orange is easy to see in the grass at day
They're 3 different weights as well, so double trial. I prefer medium for my big dogs, though light performs well too
The orange is HEAVY and unyielding. Do NOT throw it with a ball thrower. It could damage your house or knock your dog out. Seems tough though.

Wonderful outdoor fetch ball!
Theme: 2 Pack, Size: Medium
This medium sized Chuckit is perfect for my 21 lb dog. It's great for outdoor play. I needed to find an alternative to tennis balls because my pup tears up their outside material. With this ball she can easily play fetch and run around. It's easy for her to grab onto and does not impede her breathing. It's seems sturdy and quite flexible. The medium is perfect for her size.

Great Ball for training Labs
Theme: 2 Pack, Size: Medium
This is my 80lb Lab's favorite fetch toy. We workout for 45 min to 2 hr every night that's dry enough (in San Antonio it's standard conditions). When I first saw the ball I almost returned it thinking it'd tear apart very quickly. That proved to not be the case. I've used it nightly for the last 3 weeks or so without any signs of tearing. It has a very good glow for night play. Some may consider it small for a lab, but when playing very aggressive catch it's our ball of choice. We work on catching, chasing, tracking, reflexes.. this ball's perfect for that. The more solid, 3.5 in + balls are simply too much and I'm afraid they could hurt the dog during aggressive play.
