While again trying to get it open by hand, the zipper ripped completely open and part of the zipper track came off. This is THE MOST DISAPPOINTING ITEM I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT GET THIS BAG. I don’t even want to give this one star.
