HOW DO YOU USE IT?
In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 oz. (30 ml) of Deepshine Blonde Gentle Lightening Cream with 2 oz. (60 ml) of the appropriate Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer (10, 20, 30 or 40 volume) depending on the level of lift desired. On-scalp application: Use only with 10 or 20 volume Deepshine® Shine Enhancing Cream Developer. Off-scalp application: Use with the desired Deepshine® Shine Enhancing Cream Developer, with foils or cap.
