The PTP Gold Adhesive Thermal Barrier is a high strength heat reflective sheet/tape that is made of a metalized polyimide film laminated to a heavy-duty fiberglass cloth via high temperature, cross linked laminating adhesive. It is then coated with a durable, high temperature, pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is protected by a clear liner. It’s properties are lightweight and easy to apply or remove on most applications.

Gold Adhesive Thermal Barrier is a high strength sheet/tape where applications need to be shielded from radiant heat, even sharp and pointed edge components. This reflective material is very durable, resistant to both tears and abrasions because of its fiberglass cloth construction. A highly reflective film and silicone adhesive allow the sheet/tape to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 700°F.

PTP Gold Adhesive Thermal Barrier leaves little or no adhesive residue behind, ensuring undamaged products that stay cool under pressure.

The PTP Gold Adhesive Thermal Barrier has many uses for heat protection. Use it on firewalls, intake tube/manifold, engine covers, seats, and much more.

Pricey for a towel holder, but a great value for the money. Like everyone else, I’ve tried all types of towel holders that didn’t work or were tricky to replace the rolls. The ear type that have two spring loaded arms to hold the roll, if you pull too hard the roll pops out and the towels go flying. The type that has 2 arms and a rod that goes through the roll. Pain in the #$@ to detach and reattach for roll changes. Slip on type with a post and silicon fins on the post to hold the towels. Not good for jumbo rolls and the other rolls fits on loosely and sometimes a simple tug to detach a towel gets you a handful as it spins away. So I saw this one, hesitated at the price, but based on reviews decided to give it a spin, ( sorry about the pun). It holds the towels firmly thanks to the springy fins attached to the center post. Sized for all rolls, even the jumbo. Stays anchored to the counter with the suction sups. And, dispenses towels with a simple tug with one hand. No need to hold the roll, this baby does what it says. I like the sleek look and the stainless steel finish. As to the cost, if I had bought this one instead of all its failed predecessors, I would have saved money. Buy it, you won’t be sorry
