Explore the transformative world of modern art with 'Modern Worlds: Austrian and German Art 1890-1940'. This meticulously crafted hardback edition, authored by the esteemed Olaf Peters, offers a profound examination of the artistic evolutions that occurred in Germany and Austria during a pivotal period in history. With dimensions of 235 x 285 mm and spanning 352 pages, this book is beautifully illustrated with exquisite reproductions of celebrated artworks, making it a crucial addition to any art lover's collection. Delve into the powerful influence of Friedrich Nietzsche and understand the lasting impact of his writings on fine arts. Examine the cultural significance of institutions like the Bauhaus and the role of movements rooted in the Arts and Crafts ideology. 'Modern Worlds' is not only an art book; it's a kaleidoscopic exploration of radical thought that redefined our interaction with art. Illustrated throughout with exquisite reproductions of the museum's holdings, this book considers the influence of Friedrich Nietzsche and his writings on the fine arts and examines the founding of the Secessionist artists' organisations in Germany and Austria. Insightful essays trace the emergence of Expressionism and abstraction, as well as the development of such movements as Dada and New Objectivity. Evolutions in architecture and design are appraised through the legacy of the Arts and Crafts movement, as well as the establishment of the Darmstadt Artists' Colony and the Wiener Werkstatte. The book also examines the role of the German Werkbund and the founding of the Bauhaus school. Finally, the book briefly addresses the horrific impact of the National Socialists' degenerate art campaign, which resulted in incalculable damage and led to the exile and death of artists and designers of the era. From well-known artists such as Otto Dix, Josef Hoffmann, Vasily Kandinsky, Gustav Klimt, and Egon Schiele, to lesser recognised but equally important figures, including Albert Birkle, Alfred Kubin, Felix Nussbaum, and Dagobert Peche, this book offers an authoritative and kaleidoscopic look at a crucial moment in history and a portrait of radical thought that changed forever the way we experience art in our lives.

Great PJs, but shorts are very short
Size: 3T, Color: Under the Sea
These PJs were super cute. I read reviews about the quality of the fabric not being great however I thought they were very soft, stretchy, comfortable and the color has stayed well through washes. They are lightweight and great for summer. MY ONLY CON: the shorts are very short and ride up even more so they end up looking almost like underwear. I wished the shorts were longer.

Great pjs
Size: 10, Color: Under the Sea
Just what my son needed comfy tshirt & short pj combo. These are comfy and 100% cotton. I can say the quality is good after being washed a couple times but as all things the color fades. But overall these have been very useful. Definitely would buy again.

Size up
Size: 6-7, Color: Under the Sea, Size: 6-7, Color: Under the Sea
My 5 year old is at the 50th percentile for weight, and the size 6 fits him perfectly. Almost too perfectly. I wish I would’ve bought a size up, so he could grow into them. Material is soft but strong. Overall happy.

Too tight
Size: 4T, Color: Under the Sea
Very very very small. My 3yo is very skinny and the 4t it is too tight on him. Can't imagine how this would fit a less skinny kid.
