FAQs
My phone rocks back and forth a little in the X-Grip. Is that normal?
Yes, a small amount of movement is normal and isn't an issue for everyday use. If you're travelling at speed or over rough ground and it becomes a nuisance, fit the device tether: it adds tension between the phone and the backplate and takes that movement out.
