The SurfyBear Metal isn't just another reverb pedal cranking the same sonic approximation; it's a modern reinterpretation of a revered classic. Inside its sturdy aluminum casing is an exclusive SurfyPan type-4 spring reverb pan—a collaborative effort between Accutronics and Surfy Industries—that really sets SurfyBear Metal apart.

The unit faithfully replicates the control setup of the original Fender 6G15. You'll find knobs for 'Dwell' to control the effect amount, 'Mixer' for balancing dry and wet signals, 'Tone' for tweaking the sound brightness, and 'Volume' for adjusting the output level enabling clean boosts. 

Version 2.0 of this unit now accepts the optional SurfyDrip switch for setting different levels of effect wetness at the push of a button and the Metal's true bypass functionality ensures your signal remains pristine and unaltered when the reverb is switched off.

I purchased this frother in mid Oct and less than 90 days later, it's no longer working. The wisk does not spin, and the element does not heat the milk. I am currently working with customer support on a refund / replacement, but so far not happy. I've been told it does not work with 2% organic milk and that I need to switch to whole milk, which will solve my issues. Not sure how whole milk will help with the heating element? This was not disclosed when I purchased the unit. If I had known my milk choice would impact the frother, I would have chosen another brand or product. I like the unit, it's compact, easy to clean, but it did not last.
