Celebrating modern icons and trailblazers of our times reimagined as Japanese-inspired wooden Kokeshi Dolls, Lucie Kaas honors pioneers and legends within the fashion, art, music, and cultural world. Perfect as a gift or as an original decorative item in the contemporary home.

In his short 27 years, Jean-Michel Basquiat was one of the most influential artists of his time. Juxtaposing historical commentary, images, and text - his works had not only a visual, but poetic feel. Decades on, the themes explored through his artistry - inequality, racism, and injustice - still find relevance today.

Paying tribute to Jean-Michel Basquiat’s look, the iconic three-point crown has been integrated on the back of this jacket suit design. The three-point crown has been a reoccurring symbol within Basquiat’s work resulting in an undeniable association with Basquiat himself and the celebration of his short, yet prolific career. The crown, a symbol of power, was used by Basquiat to elevate the subjects of his paintings, while commenting on power dynamics mirrored within his works.

Great Practice Questions!
Format: Paperback
I mostly used this book for the practice questions, which aligned with all the topics we discussed in class. This book was organized in a way that made sense and followed my professor’s syllabus. Definitely worth the investment if you want to practice essay questions for torts!

Poorly written, but possibly best of all the garbage available today.
Format: Paperback
E&E's (including torts) are of questionable value except as an introduction to ideas and terms. The actual examples and explanations are at times self-contradictory, especially regarding the certainty of the authors in how a court would rule. I would not recommend these books to anyone going to law school if there were something better available. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with anything better at this point. Read the whole first-year series before law school if you can't find a better series.

I don't understand the Hype.
Format: Paperback
Everyone seems to love Glannon but I found other E&Es to me much straightforward and easy to understand. Don't know what it is about Glannon's writing. Not terrible, just not conducive to me for whatever reason. Negligence sections were lacking.
