ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024-2025 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers’ primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. The Stage 11 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel" through the range of travel. These coilovers are height adjustable from 1.25-3" of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. The combination of front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load. The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the Toyota Land Cruiser with corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, and improved suspension component clearance. Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The dual-rate rear coil design provides a softer ride height spring rate with a firmer overload rate that combine to deliver on-road comfort with excellent bottoming resistance and superior off-road performance. 2" of rear lift height over stock allows a for level stance front to rear. The ICON Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar helps re-center the rear axle and double adjuster rod end threads allow easy “on-vehicle" fine adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. ICON billet rear lower links feature on-vehicle adjustability via the ICON double adjuster and employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation while isolating and damping road noise and vibrations. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones provide improved shock damping ability and utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear.
