Our manufacturing process on these gives you the best product available. Starting with a 4" billet 4130 bar we machine them to rough dimensions of the final part. We then have them heat treated and stress relieved by a leading aerospace facility. After heat treatment we then machine and thread the critical dimensions and bearing surfaces to 0. 001" tolerances. These are complete and include the locking nut that uses a ring that bolts to the face of the nut and registers into the snout. Very sturdy

When we go camping, we use these Dixie plates a lot. They’re very sturdy and the cleanup is easy Peezy. The design is bright and cheerful are easy to use. It’s the great size for dinner plates and they also have smaller size plates as well as bowls. They’re very durable and we’ll hold up on heavy foods. We always keep a good supply on hand because when you’re on vacation, you don’t want to wash the dishes. They are great you’re using them and you throw them away or you can burn them.
