Description

The Winston CAC507/CAC507 full-size cook-and-hold oven has two cavities, each with its own controls. A touchpad panel on the front of each cavity has buttons that enable users to adjust doneness, browning, and cook and hold times. This oven uses both forced convection heating and CVap® vapor technology to cook food quickly and retain moisture content in foods.

Two wire racks in each compartment of the Winston CAC507/CAC509cook-and-hold oven hold food pans as product is cooked. Each oven has a Dutch door with a magnetic latch and a door gasket, so heat stays inside the cabinet instead of escaping into the environment. The exterior is made of stainless steel, which is durable and brisk to clean.
