The guitar features a Kentucky black walnut top with lots of dark to light wide striping and a very tight striped ash body. The roasted maple neck features Fender's Modern "C" shape neck profile that fits comfortably in the hand with just a little bit of shoulder, perfect for wrapping your thumb around the neck
This 2018 Fender Willcutt Telecaster is a 50th Anniversary model offered exclusively from the "Willcutt Guitars" shop in Lexington, Kentucky. The guitar features a Kentucky black walnut top with lots of dark to light wide striping and a very tight striped ash body. The roasted maple neck features Fender's Modern "C" shape neck profile that fits comfortably in the hand with just a little bit of shoulder, perfect for wrapping your thumb around the neck for those Hendrix style chords.
This model was originally offered with a gold anodized guard, Fender standard tuners and brass barrel saddles. The guitar now features Fenders deluxe locking tuners with pearloid buttons, a pearloid pickguard and Graph Tech compensated barrel saddles. The original parts are not included.
This guitar is in very good condition. There are two small dings on the top of the guitar. One right underneath the volume control closest to the side and another above the bridge pickup closest to the side of the body. The back and sides of the guitar have a few small scratches and dings as well.
