This small-batch release was created to celebrate the city’s rich State Management heritage - inspired by an original Demerara rum unearthed and shared with us by local historians when West Walls Brewing Co. first opened its doors.

Countless tastings later, we arrived at something special:
a modern interpretation of a rare Carlisle classic.

Expect a smooth yet complex liquid - caramel, crème brûlée, sticky molasses and gentle warming spice. Rich, luxurious and dangerously easy to drink, whether it’s neat by the fire or poured over a single cube of ice.

Hand-crafted in collaboration with Solway Spirits, every bottle is individually numbered and part of a limited one-off batch of just 56 bottles. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
