What it does: Promotes hormone balance.

How it helps: DefendHer contains a powerful blend of nutrients that promote healthy estrogen and testosterone metabolism and assists with symptoms of hormone disruption and estrogen dominance by supporting hormonal balancing to help promote beneficial estrogen aromatase activity. Common symptoms include weight gain, heavy flooding periods, raging PMS, fibroids, endometriosis and polyps.

Chaste Tree extract, polygonum, and black cohosh, diindolymethane (DIM), and chrysin are added to help promote beneficial estrogen aromatase activity promote healthy hormone balance. Calcium-D-glucarate promotes the proper elimination of excess estrogens. Resveratrol and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from green tea are included for their antioxidant properties. Vitamins B6, B12, and folate promote proper cell differentiation. Magnesium and calcium are also included to help support bone and hormone health.
