This Fender Custom Shop Bass VI is a gleaming example of the blending of craftsmanship and unique sonic versatility, only achievable by the juggernaut that is Fender. With some aspects of this Bass VI reminiscent of a Jaguar or Jazzmaster and some more reminiscent of a bass guitar, one thing is for sure: the team at the Fender Custom Shop spared no detail when making this beautiful instrument.

With a body fashioned from 2 pieces of alder, this Bass VI offers an offset body style, in Jazzmaster fashion. On the body sits a brown Shell-styled pickguard that follows the curves and contours of its silhouette, as well as an adjustable Jag/Jazzmaster-style bridge. Complementing the body, the neck of the Bass VI is connected with a plate that uses four bolts to ensure stability.

This neck is carved from 5/4 Sawn Maple into a '60-style Oval "C" profile, and is topped with a round laminate, 9.5-inch radius rosewood fingerboard. On the fingerboard, 21 Medium Jumbo-sized frets are precisely laid with Vintage Clay Dot inlays between them, amounting to a total, extended scale length of 30 inches, significantly longer than most standard guitars, one of the benefits of this Bass VI.

At the heart of this Bass VI's sonic prowess lie its custom-designed electronics. The Bass VI features a trio of FCS '62 Jag pickups, crafted with flat magnets and relic'd aesthetics that match the rest of the instrument's Journeyman treatment. These three single coil pickups are strategically wound for their positions, with flat magnet poles allowing a unique voicing from string to string that further sets this guitar apart from the pack. The control scheme features one that mirrors that of a Jazzmaster, with four switches: and on/off for each individual pickup, and a high-pass filter for all three, in addition to a master volume and master tone knob.

This guitar's FCS Journeyman Relic treatment is designed to emulate the finish of an instrument that was born in the '60s, and has been played very lightly ever since. This specific instrument features some light checking across its body, as well as some small dings. The rear of the neck is worn more thoroughly than its body, with its medium tint nitrocellulose lacquer finish being take all the way down to the maple, making for an extremely smooth and comfortable neck experience when combined with the Medium Oval "C" profile.

Rounding out its specifications, the Bass VI features some vintage-inspired details such as its neck plate that features a vintage Fender logo and the instruments serial number, an American Vintage '59-'64 metal spring string tree, Large head style with a '60 head scoop, and a butt width of 2.200". The neck specifications from fret 1 to 12 range from .840" to .920".

This Custom Shop guitar comes with a beautiful black Custom Shop case.

Recognizing the Hearts that Burn Within Us
Format: Paperback
Yes, Theo of Golden does, at times, border on the melodramatic and the sentimental. It can be repetitive. It can take an awfully long time to make its point. And yet, the novel speaks very significantly of the need for love, compassion, generosity and forgiveness---in a world that is not always kind, in a world where many of us carry secret burdens---where sadness (mixed with intermittent joy) might be viewed as a universal human affliction. Theo of Golden is, overall, a book of glad tidings. An end with a future. Thoughtfully, warmly and intelligently written. A novel that often addresses the beauty of Art, most notably painting and music. A novel in which I learned what a fado is. In fact, I learned a lot from this novel. Unlike some readers, I did not see the book as misogynistic or xenophobic. I didn't necessarily see it as "Christian fiction"---unless you mean doing good, striving for strength of spirit and understanding the connection between "the ultimate and the proximate, the wide grace and the narrow way." Finally, I don't view the novel's conclusion as disappointing, but simply as falling action and resolution. It is, after all, a very traditionally structured work. Kudos to the author Allen Levi for having written an initially self-published book that was later picked up by a major publishing house. That is, indeed, a rarity.

Sparkle easy tarpaper towels gets the job done
Package Size Name: Double, Size: 6 Double Rolls (Pack of 1), Package Size Name: Double, Size: 6 Double Rolls (Pack of 1)
Performs as described. Not as durable as Bounty but is worth the money. It is soft. Appearance is noted with a design. The quantity is appropriate for each roll and for the price. I use for clean ups in the kitchen, light spills and clean ups. Would buy again. Have purchased many many times. Reliable and consistent company the towel tear off easily every 8” which is a great way to avoid waste especially when cooking.

I'm going back to Sparkle
Package Size Name: Triple, Size: 3 Triple Rolls (Pack of 1)
I used to buy Sparkle years ago , it was the only brand I bought, but I stopped because they were lower quality than names like Bounty. Recently, before payday I ran out of paper towels and bought this pack before payday so I didn't have to shell out $25 for paper towels. Sparkle i can honestly say has improved immensely in quality, yet still staying reasonably priced. I noticed as soon as I opened one roll it was better quality. They are stronger, much stronger than they used to be. No loose lint like they used to have. They are a bit stiffer in feel compared to Bounty, but still feel soft. Cleaning is the real test for me. The old Sparkle shredded apart as soon as I wet the towel to clean. The new Sparkle is amazing. Gotta say I like it better than Bounty. I used it to clean the bathroom and the towels held up extremely well with being water soaked, used to scrub (friction & pulling). They don't feel thick which i like. Reusable? I'd dunk the towel in water, scrub then rinse the towel and wipe and it held up . Sparkle has improved and won me over!

Great value.
Package Size Name: Double, Size: 6 Double Rolls (Pack of 1)
Excellent value for the money. They are not the most thick or soft. But they are better than some. It’s a good middle of the road towel. A very durable paper towel for various odd and end cleanups.

House staple
Package Size Name: Double, Size: 6 Double Rolls (Pack of 1)
These Sparkle Pick-A-Size Paper Towels are a great everyday household staple. I really like the pick-a-size option because it helps reduce waste when you only need a small sheet for quick cleanups. The towels are absorbent, durable, and strong enough for kitchen messes, spills, counters, and general household cleaning without falling apart easily. They also tear cleanly and fit standard paper towel holders well. The rolls lasted longer than expected thanks to the smaller sheet option. Overall, a dependable and budget-friendly paper towel choice to keep stocked at home.
