'Visibility', while walking in the dark is guaranteed with the Neon retractable leash range, made by flexi. It is for this purpose that flexi has improved the neon leash adding highly reflective stickers on both sides of the casing, which gives an additional safety feature, that reflect headlights from up to 160 yards away. With these reflective components and the neon colored cord or tape, the neon strengthens the visibility of dog owners. The neon comes as cord leash in the sizes S and M and as tape leash in L. 

- Neon S - 16 feet cord leash for small dogs up to 26 pound.

- Neon M - 16 feet cord leash for medium-size dogs up to 44 pound.

- Neon L - 16 feet tape leash for large dogs up to 110 pound.

    The highly reflective sticker on both sides of the casing reflects headlights from up to 160 yards away. The matching neon-colored leash and brake button offer additional visibility.

This is a good divider. The dark, thick panels provide blockage from the light. Assembly was not very hard, but it wasn't simple. I ordered this product two times in the past couple of weeks. The wrench included in my box is too big for any of the bolts or screws used for assembly. After getting the right tools and matching against the instructions, I finally got it assembled. The divider I ordered this week is missing two wheels and there is no number for calling the supplier; thus, I seem forced to return it, instead of easily getting the two wheels. Once assembled, I am pleased with the end product and I consider it a good value.
