Description:
Cortec® VpCI®-132 anti rust emitter foam is designed to protect metal in any enclosure. VpCI®-132 emits Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors, which are slowly released and form a protective layer on all metal surfaces. This layer is non conductive and does not interfere with electrical, optical or mechanical surface properties. It also provides antistatic protection. Metal parts packaged with Cortec® VpCI®-132 receive continuous protection agains humidity, condensation, aggressive industrial atmospheres, galvanic corrosion and salt air.

Size:
Each foam piece measures 10"x10". They do not contain adhesive. Price is per carton and includes 250 foams. Please check the other products from Cortec® VpCI®-130 Series for different sizes.

How to Use:
Measure the volume of the enclosed space and calculate the amount of foam needed. Select a space within any enclosure where rust prevention would be useful. Simply place the foam in any enclosed space. It can be installed in any position. If the enclosure is not totally airtight, replace the VpCI®-132 foam more often.

Use to prevent rust on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and alloys. For carbon steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, aluminum, zinc, solder, silver, etc. Use on electrical, electronic, marine navigation and communication equipment, electric motors, switching equipment, fuse and power boxes, terminal boxes, scientific and measuring instruments, connectors and terminals.
