(The rubber gasket is used to avoiding leakage - Do not overfill to avoid spilling, do not add ingredients past the "Max" line - Do not run your blender over 4 minutes at a time to prevent overheating of the blender -To clean the blade, we suggest washing it with warm water immediately after use and using a brush for hard-to-reach areas. Avoid washing the blade in the dishwasher. -Do not freeze the cups as it can make them brittle and prone to cracking -Before using the blade, ensure the gasket is snugly in place and check the gear at the bottom. Great when installed. Some problems

The shelves are assembled and installed on my wall. I'm happy with them. They look great and are very sturdy. What prevents a 5-star rating? The instructions were poor. Not a huge deal as I was able to figure things out. The wall anchors that came with were cheap and (in my opinion) unusable. I went to Lowe's and bought some drywall anchors that were rated for 79 pounds and they worked well. During the install, I wasn't sure if I should attach the wall plates and assemble the shelves on the wall, or assemble everything and then attach it to the wall. Assembling before hanging was the way to go but it took two people. One other minor thing: The shelves are stained on one side an not the other. Since I have them high up on a wall, I'm looking at the unstained side. Yes, I can stain the unstained part, but it would be nice if they had just stained the top and bottom at the factory.
