This motorcycle handlebar base consists of a 1" rubber ball designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail and a U-bolt mounting.

The zinc coated metal U-bolt fits rails will fit all common motorcycle and bicycle handlebars. Includes black cover caps to cover the exposed ends of the U-bolt and a composite adapter that can narrow the rail down to a minimum width of 12.7mm (1/2").
