Silver Knights Chess Academy's national preparation classes will get you ready for the big event!

In these online classes, we'll cover practical positional and tactical ideas and work on calculation. The focus is mostly on positions where students need to consider and evaluate a few different options, and spend more than a minute or two thinking to calculate deeply. We'll also talk about the psychology of playing in Nationals and how to be ready for the big weekend! 

Classes are for students in grades K-6 who are rated between 400 and 1400 USCF and are planning on attending the upcoming Elementary Nationals in Baltimore, MD.

Students will be placed in groups of 8 based on their rating.

Class Options: 

• Thursdays: 5:00pm-6:00pm ET (2-3pm PT)
• Thursdays: 8:00pm-9:00pm ET (5-6pm PT)
