Because the Hatco GRSDS-24 heated display shelf is a pass-thru unit, product can be accessed from the back and the front. To protect food while illuminating it, its incandescent bulbs are coated and shatter resistant. It's also equipped with tempered glass side panels for additional protection and visibility. Its heated base is thermostatically controlled and has a temperature range of 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit includes 10 adjustable rods to divide different products.
