Once your order is complete, please go to Etsy messages and contact us with the following information:
1.) Attach a photo of your child's handwritten name and artwork. For the best results, make sure your photos are clear and shadow free.
2.) TIP: Dark colored drawings on a plain white background work best. We understand that some special drawings may not be able to be re-created so we will work with each drawing to the best of our ability. If you are unsure if your drawing will work, please send us a message prior to ordering. An additional $3 editing fee may apply if we need to remove lines and other details not being included.
Please note: depending on the thickness of the drawing, they could be lighter than what we have pictured, this is why dark thick drawings are best. Yellow will NOT show up. Please make sure you either outline their drawing if using yellow or click the Colored/Edit Option.
Wood is a natural 1/4 maple wood so each piece will have varying grains and patterns. No piece is exactly alike.

No vinyl is used. The back is left unfinished. You will get your choice of ribbon.
