They are bookmatched, such that the pieces of wood are mirror images of each other. Each scale is .5" thick, so that the matched pair is a full inch thick. These are larger than standard knife scale dimensions, giving you the opportunity to select the best grain and color for your knife handle. This pair of knife scales has an eye-catching mix of heartwood and sapwood. The contrast is striking between the very dark brown heartwood that Texas Ebony is famous for and the light, almost ivory-colored sapwood. It will make a gorgeous knife handle. These scales have been air-dried to 8-10% moisture content. I take lots of photos, so please see the photos for close-ups of these knife scales. There is one area of wane on each scale that you can see in the photos. |

Great quality case, keyboard doesn’t work as intended

Case is fine and good quality but the keyboard doesn’t work as intended. Bluetooth connects great but the keyboard is formatted incorrectly. For example, when I try to use a dash, it puts an apostrophe instead. I have no idea how to reformat it myself. I’d love just a replacement keyboard
