034Motorsport's Billet Aluminum Front Strut Brace for the C8 Audi A6/S6/RS6/Allroad & A7/S7/RS7 is designed to limit lateral deflection from the strut towers and improve handling performance without sacrificing ride quality or introducing any additional noise, vibration, or harshness into the cabin.
By reinforcing the front strut towers, this strut brace helps to maintain proper suspension geometry under heavy cornering and provides consistent steering precision, ensuring a more connected and precise driving experience. During testing, the 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Front Strut Brace was also found to reduce dashboard creaks due to the increased rigidity.
The factory Audi C8 A6/S6/RS6/Allroad & A7/S7/RS7 strut brace is made of thin stamped & hollow aluminum tubing, allowing for lateral deflection of the strut towers and chassis flex under hard cornering. This deflection can be observed as imprecise steering input and a vague, disconnected feeling from the front end.
The 034Motorsport Strut Brace replaces the flimsy individual factory braces to improve the C8 Audi Chassis' steering feel and handling performance. This robust chassis reinforcement is machined from T6-6061 billet aluminum, and engineered to be a comprehensive upgrade by limiting lateral strut tower deflection and maintaining proper suspension geometry under heavy cornering. The incorporated center brace ties together both left and right strut towers to provide precise, consistent feedback from the front end and ensures that you enjoy a more connected and precise driving experience.
The 034Motorsport Strut Brace incorporates mounting provisions for the module originally mounted to the OEM Strut Brace, as well as provisions for the factory 48v hybrid system in equipped cars.
This strut brace was thoroughly tested by 034Motorsport on in-house C8 Audi S6 & RS6 Development Vehicle before release. Installation is very simple, can be performed in minutes, and is completely reversible.
