This fruity olive oil is delicate and beautifully balanced. It’s an Early Harvest Olive Oil that’s green and bright with lovely bitterness that is perfectly suited to lighter ingredients and dishes.
Nobleza del Sur is located in the heart of Andalucia outside the world heritage city of Úbeda on fertile land close to the Guadalimar river which enjoys a unique continental Mediterranean microclimate. The family has been farming in the region since 1640. Production is limited and always sells out.
Eco Night is one of the first oils to be bottled after the harvest each year. This means it is a high polyphenol olive oil with lots of green, fresh notes.
Olive Variety: Organic Arbequina, Frantoio and Picual Olives
Harvest: October 2025
Polyphenols: 539mg/kg.
Process: This premium extra virgin olive oil is made from olives milled within a few hours of being picked. As per best practice, the olives are milled mechanically and temperatures never go above 27 degrees. No chemicals are used at any stage of the process.

Acidity in olive oil refers to the oxidation or degradation of the oil and the maximum permitted for Extra virgin Olive is .8 so this is a fabulous result.
Origin: Úbeda, Andalucía, Spain.
Agriculture: 306 hectares in total most of which is farmed organically.
Sustainability: Excellent. This sustainably sourced olive oil supports biodiversity.The farm focuses on regenerative practices and has been a member of Olivares Vivos for 15 years, an organisation which works to recover and preserve the biodiversity of olive groves.
