This sauté has been refurbished with new hand wiped 100% pure tin on the inside and a brand new shine - it has been refurbished so it retains what makes it special and enough to ensure it a long future.
New pans in France cost an absolute fortune but will last a lifetime. They are cared for and re tinned as it is needed. This pan has it's new 100% new hand wiped tin lining and it is in good condition, there is a leading edge dent from years of use. It sits flat.
This is fabulous for Risotto or lobster bisque, it's a great pan that sits where it is put.
