Best if you haven't had any real sleep
Works like a charm, I haven't had any real sleep for 13 days and ever since I got this, I finally got the 7 - 10 hour sleep I needed badly. It does make you drowsy and tired and thats what I love about it, this is day 4 of using it and I dont think I'll ever stop lol, the taste is normal like its not bad just bland, easy to swallow lol (thats what she said)

My first impression was that the bottle looks nice. The information is clear and the dosage is easy to find.
