Pretty Big Capsules, be aware
Size: 90 Count (Pack of 2)
They're very big capsules. If you have trouble swallowing they are not for you. Gummies are probably better suited for you. I give these the rating of 3 stars due to the capsule size and the recommended dosage of 3 per day.

Donโt forget your fruits and veggies

I didnโt have any side effects other than I did not feel guilty for not eating all the vegetables and fruit fruits that I should be consuming. I donโt know if it was my mind since I really just started them a week or so ago, but for me, I felt more energy. I even bought the childrenโs.

Chews Work Better Than Powder

My husband researched the difference in quality & effectiveness between Metamucil gummies and powder. He had fought the order of his gastroenterologist to add fiber to his diet, knowing that the powder form can be hard to dissolve. He finally decided to try the gummies and ... surprise, surprise ... he is actually taking them every day! The flavor is not over-powering; they dissolve quickly after a few chews and have a positive impact with his digestive issues. To date, importantly, he has had no negative side effects!
