Oil pulling, mouthwashes, salt water rinses all helped, but this put me over the top. I also take a candida killing herbal supplement as well as a variety of probiotics. I appreciate the mint is very mild (these are NOT breath mints which only mask the problem) and dissolve them slowly in my mouth at bedtime along with another during the day. I am also sure to not put anything else in my mouth for a good long time after so the pb’s can do their magic. i believe the thrush is mostly gone, but I still have some residual tingling and burning from time to time. These, along with good oral cleansing practices, help tremendously. I now order them regularly. They also make your breath fresh, naturally. Great product. Highly recommend!
