Wrapping knee strap below knee, placing Pressure Pad under kneecap.
1. Wrap strap just below knee, with Pressure Pad directly under kneecap, against skin.
Looping strap through buckle.
2. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener.
Adjusting strap until comfortable.
3. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. DO NOT constrict blood flow.
Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
