㊙️去骨雞腿2隻、醬油1.5碗（飯碗8-9分滿）、蔥5-6根、糖1碗（冰糖或白砂糖）、米酒2大匙、香油少許以中小火煮至雞肉熟透熄火在悶一下就可以囉！（真的不用加水喔！）
㊙️滷汁放涼後還可以醃豬肉、雞肉或滷豆乾更可以滷全世界。再放入氣炸鍋也可以變成不一樣的料理喔！
